Broadway and Television veteran Kyle Dean Massey Talks about His Shows at Feinstein’s/54 Below.
Kyle Dean Massey is best-known for his roles in prominent Broadway musicals, including Next To Normal, Wicked, and most recently in the 2014 revival of Pippin. Massey also reached millions as Kevin Bicks on the ABC iteration of Nashville, playing the boyfriend of Chris Carmack’s Will Lexington, an openly gay country singer.
Kyle Dean brings songs from those shows and more to Feinstein’s/54 Below for a run of intimate concerts with his band. It will see him performing songs from the shows he is known for, but didn’t have the opportunity to perform in the productions. The first show is Tuesday, July 11th, with more shows on July 13th and 15th. More shows have been added for September.
Massey recently returned from Seoul, South Korea, where he played the titular character in the sit-down production of Jekyll and Hyde. He called in for this interview during one of his first days back in the states.
