2x UFC Heavyweight Frank Mir gets “Bare” with Matt Bailey
Hi Everyone! And Merry Christmas. Welcome back to another Episode of Talk for Two on this most festive of holidays. I am so thrilled to have special guest Frank Mir. A former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion, he holds the record for the most finishes and the most submission victories in UFC history. Mir had the longest continuous tenure of any fighter in UFC history, competing for the company from 2001 to 2016.
Now, he’s turned his attention to coaching his daughter, Bella, to follow in his footsteps. She won her first match in October of this year. Plus, Mir will fight for his new MMA home, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, in February.
And now, he holds another record: the very first sports star to sit down on Talk For Two.
